Role and Responsibilities:
- To prepare a job description, Manage a complete end-to-end recruitment cycle
- On-Boarding formalities, Induction, and orientation activities for new hires
- To follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue of letter of confirmation
- Taking care of Payroll & PMS (Performance Management System) of the employees
- To take care of the employee's grievance on time and act as a chain between management and employees.
- To interact with HOD's to solve the day-to-day problems of the employees and for strong performance management
- Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning
- Perform employee engagement activity
Required Skills, Experience, Skills & Qualification :Job Location: ChennaiQualification: BBA, MBA (Human Resource specialization)Desired Experience: 0-1 yr (Freshersalso can apply)Mandatory Skills: Good Communication (Oral & Written Mandatory), Presentation skillsCandidate from Consultancy background is added advantage.
