Recruitment: Search the profiles and screen the basic rounds and send to corporate for final interview New employee joining formalities Maintain employee personal files Responsible for training and taking feedback of the new joiners Maintain daily attendance of all employees of the respective store Send daily attendance/ late coming and permission reports to Corporate HR Monitor all security registers Maintain housekeeping materials Check all kind of monthly bills and take authorized signature from branch head and send to corporate HR Prepare month end attendance closing sheet and send to corporate HR Coordinate with HR for any Admin or HR related issues Coordinate with IT department for any IT related issues Maintain staff grooming standards Maintain hygienic environment in the store Accountable for stationary and other general inventory items Give Relieving to Supervisors if the floor is busy Support to sales department if required Hourly walk-ins update Monitor SM rotation sheet Day Roster update to HO HR Responsible for Manpower Requirement at his/her respective store Do the joining formalities and induction to the new joiners Recheck sales commission of the staff sent by the HO Finance team and check with HO for the final payout Update HO HR for any grievances occurred in the respective store Coordinate with local authority bodies for smooth functioning of the respective store Coordinate with Labour, PF, ESI and PT departments for any issues raised
