Job Title: HR Executive Location: Panchkula, Haryana Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternative Saturday (9 AM 6 PM) Experience: Min 2 years CTC: Up to 25k (Per Month) Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our growing company as an HR Executive Below are the job responsibilities and job requirements Job Responsibilities: ' Day to Day Operations work ' Data Management for Auditing ' Documentation and Filling ' Management of housekeeping staff ' Help seniors in Performance review sheet ' Grievances Handling of employees ' Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies ' Overseeing the employee's Onboarding & Offboarding process.

' Counseling employees as and when required ' Organizing events and conferences for the employees ' Managing workplace safety issues and complaints ' Maintenance of Attendance and Salary process (Through Excel and HRMS Software) Job Requirements: ' Master degree in Human Resource Management or related field ' 2 years of working experience as an HR Executive or a similar role in the Human Resources department.

' Work experience in Human Resources Management software ' Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle ' Good conflict resolution abilities ' Ability to work as a part of a team ' Ability to manage time efficiently.
