Job Description:

• Responsible for working in close coordination with the Business and HR Leadership to achieve business delivery targets Key ownership in implementation of Corporate/Business and location HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to co policies/practices
• Talent Acquisition based on job specification and complete on-boarding process within set TAT
• Talent Management with innovative engagement strategies to focus on reducing attrition through effective employee engagement.
  
  
• Will be the single point of contact for employees and managers for people related dimensions
• Accountable for Employee engagement initiatives, consultation to improve the engagement & support communication
• Responsible for probation assessment and confirmation process as per the set criteria
• Identify the training needs of the employees during the periodic/annual review Based on needs identified, prepare the Training calendar for quarter/year and ensure execution as per the timeline
• Identify the training resources/agencies to train the employees in the core functions.
  
  
• Regular meetings with people managers to understand the team issues and drive the people agenda
• To drive PMS and facilitating smooth completion of Performance Planning, Quarterly Review, Mid-Year Review & Year-end Review in time

Desirable Skills:

• Strong functional skills in HR area of expertise, ability to resolve conflicts and build teams
• Excellent transparent communication style
• Understanding of employment labor law
• Excellent computer skills especially with MS-Office (Excel, PPT).
  
  
• Work in close sync with Business verticals, understand the business requirements and work towards optimal planning and scheduling of HR deliverables
• Required to work in US Hours depending on business needs
• Team handling experience
• Prior work experience in BPO, ITES organization
