Review resumes through different job portals, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements Conduct telephonic interviews to analyse required skills and sorting applicants to fill open positions Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions Meet all recruitment timelines successfully the multiple clients, as assigned Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Providing recruitment reports to team managers Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network and influence candidates Maintaining recruitment tracker and regular update to management with recruitment progress Experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage Desired skill set Minimum 3 year experience in recruitment Recruiter experience in HR consultancy is a must Experience in head hunting, database search, indeed, LinkedIn etc Schedule interviews with onsite and off shore managers.
