Job Description End-to-end ownership and governance of the recruitment process Maintaining resume database, candidate feedback and other important information on all candidates shortlisted and interviewed through Taleo Conducting Recruitment Drives, Walk-ins and Personal Interviews Well-versed in using Job boards, social media, and Linked In for candidate sourcing Screening candidates and creating a qualified shortlist Using Taleo for the creation of new job requisitions and keeping the data clean Adopting tools to enable interview scheduling and collation of interview feedback Requirements Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field and preferably with an MBA Previous Experience 4-8 years of experience working as a HR Recruiter.

Strong communication skills and knowledge of excel is a prerequisite for this role Understanding of Taleo (Applicant Tracking system) will be an additional benefit
