- Using Taleo for Resume screening and shortlisting
- Searching for profiles in LinkedIn for projects assigned in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Handling US hiring database and moving resumes as per their specifications.
- Responsible for Internal hiring as and when required
- Working on other international job portals as and when needed
- Communicating with US HR team as per the work requirement
- Good communication skills
- Should be efficient in understanding non-IT technical profiles and job specs
- Positive attitude towards work
