• Define & operationalize IAM controls, standards & policies along with best practices to ensure compliance with information security directives and industry standards
• Lead and provide guidance in implementing complex IAM projects Project management includes prioritization of activities, defining objectives, milestones, writing project status reports and overall ensure successful on-time implementation and deployment
• Design & integrate IAM solutions for web/mobile apps to present a holistic IAM posture at enterprise scale
• Interface with enterprise & application designers, developers, other information security teams, enterprise infrastructure and testing teams to deliver high quality solutions for remediating security threats
• Identify Key control deficiencies and provide roadmap for closures
• Define and document issues for escalation to engineers
• Work closely with business to address their incidents and task requests
