Responsibilities:
- Write new performance tests in IBM RPT
- Assess and advise on a representative data shape and user scale
- Automate test data creation to easily setup new environments
- Analyze performance test errors, failures, and results
- investigate performance bottlenecks using performance test results and monitoring data
- Recommend solutions and work-arounds to own teams
- Refactor existing performance tests to resolve errors and refine test scenarios
- Scheduled performance regression testing cycles
- Experience in IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) for ELM as well as it's OSLC / REST APIs
