I hope this email finds you well, This is Sai kumar, Senior Technical Recruiter at Hyper think Systems, We have an Immediate Opening with Our Reputed client for Position of Identity and Access Management (IAM) SpecialistOnsite, Doha ,Qatar Please find the details below Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Long term Contract Duration: 1year and Yearly Extendable Payroll: Hyper think Systems Pvt Ltd, Qatar Note: Preferred relocate to On-siteJob Purpose Statement: We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist who will support on-going implementation and the operations of IAM platform with various applications The candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IAM solution (Preferably, IAM IBM Product) Principal Accountabilities: Designs, develops, tests, implements, and integrates Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage, and/or loss.

Leverages problem-solving and data analysis skills to ensure projects deliver on time Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system design weaknesses Troubleshoots and manages the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions Determines and recommends the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues, and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems.

Troubleshoots, supports, and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes, as required Facilitate the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards Defines, promotes, and advises on solutions and best practices by using all applicable DoD standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle Designs reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries, and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects / technologies and ensure that the solutions are available and performing Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to incidents, service requests and tasks.
