Job TitleImplementation EngineerCommon accountabilities:- Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments- May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the businessSpecific accountabilities:Analyze customer systems and service requirementsConfigure the system as per the requirement & validate the system before communicating to the request providerPerform impact analysing and risk assessment of the system before the setup is in placeIdentify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services.

Establish and manage the product/solution integration scheduleDetermine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and servicesWrite functional specifications used for customization and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirementsGuarantee that customised products/solutions meet specified requirementsPerform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
