Job DescriptionYou as an Instrumentation Engineer shall have 6 or more years of relevant experience in detail engineering of field Instrumentation as well as control systems and shall report to project managerResponsibilities:

• Participate in detailed Instrumentation engineering activities of project/s
• Preparation and review of Instrumentation Datasheets, Hookup drawings, field wiring, JB Layouts, Cable block diagrams, cable schedule, Inst list, and P&ID's
• Support the project using COMOS tool for preparation of Interconnection Drawings, Hardware assignments, adding I&C signals, Equipment lists & BOM.
  
  
• Documentation in COMOS tool for control panel engineering
• Obtain knowledge of project-specific database configuration and manage accordingly
• Create, link and maintain master data objects in COMOS (templates, e Blocks, tasks)
• Management and release of Working Layers structure and their workflows in COMOS
• Creating libraries for various instruments in COMOS
• Work with COMOS Queries, and XML Export Templates
• Configure COMOS base objects, structures and representation in the navigator.
  
  
• Knowledge of symbol development: Properties, behavior and appearance of objects will be added advantage
• Assist the project manager in preparing schedule of deliverables and report any project risk, as they occur
• Develop instrumentation engineering schedule, development of resource plans

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
