• Hands on experience in internal hiring in a staffing firm (India/US Staffing)
• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Efficiently and effectively fill organization internal open positions
• Understanding manpower requisition and requirements
• Sourcing, screening and Shortlisting according to the requirement
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Should have experience in Hiring and having knowledge on multiple job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, indeed, LinkedIn, social media Hiring etc

• Any Graduate, Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
