International Sales Manager Job In United Placement Solutions In India

• In charge of Sales Management for South Africa & MEA area distributors
• Recommending and managing distributors and agents as appropriate to the markets
• Provide technical product support/training to customers
• Provide team support for exhibitions, fairs, Med Ed events(Cad Lab & others)
• Provide support to creation of Marketing support material
• Promote strong business relationships with distributors and KOLs
• Establish minimum sales targets/purchases based upon the parameters established by company executives, product availability and the reality of the respective markets
• Input on product development to continue to growth and maintain brand integrity
• Review distributor performance against sales targets / Goals / MPRs
• Ensure distributors compliance with the terms and conditions of their respective agreement with the company, whilst continually looking for opportunities to improve sales performance
• Manage products and sales training efforts that help the company and distributors achieve company targets
