l-2 Process ( Outbound US Call Process) : 1 We Work for E-Cam Secure and monitor their Job Sites for any Unauthorized Events 2 If we find any unusual activity, We will Call the Onsite Guard or Supervisor first as per the contact details and inform him of the details which we saw in the Jobsite and proceed further as per his comments 3.

We will be Doing Outbound calls to verify the Guards and Workers on site and also receive Incoming Calls from the clients to update the schedule of Workers and Guards on their Job Sites 4 Excellent Communication skills required to speak with the clients5 Listening Skills is most important as the clients will use their accent while giving the Job Sites details 6.

These Job sites are only for USA Clients 7 Should have prior experience in US Calling 8 We will have Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs, and 24/7 Shifts on Weekends Only There is no Fixed Week Offs.
