Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1 Lead the Software Development Team as well as management of Data Center and LAN/WAN environment of more than 400 users geographically distributed all over India in more than 20 locations 2 To ensure feature enhancements and optimal utilization of existing softwares to meet the end user requirement 3.

Ensure proper Project estimation and scheduling and adhering to the deadlines 4 Provide technical leadership for projects and team through design and code reviews, unit testing, debugging new/ existing software, performance tuning and optimization of existing code and ensuring application of best technical practices 5 Involve and participate in development of Software Code wherever necessary and also involve in unit testing.

6 To design and develop new modules to meet the business requirement 7 To ensure optimal maintenance of the network equipment and servers 8.

Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed 9 Mentoring the project team with client communication, inter personal communication, technical practices etc
