Job Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Job Title: Advisor Email Support - Japanese Education: Graduate in any discipline with JLPT N3 Certification Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Japanese translation or interpretation Added Advantage: Backend, Email Support in Japanese Job Summary: Will be responsible daily Language based activities between Japan & India Team Coordinate meetings & interpret with Japan Team as required Translate queries to English shared by Japan Team (J2E - Japanese to English) Translate solution to Japanese shared by India Team ( E2J English to Japanese) Perform Secondary check on Email drafts posted by Japan Engineers on the CRM tool Secondary check will include ( Case number / Subject / To & CC / Case owners Name).

Intimate case owners if there are any errors and revalidate for further errors in the Email draft Share EOD reports to the Stakeholders on the Double check done & Errors if any Translate email and documents that contain technical terminology Attentive to client requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources to help internal customers resolve client queries Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum JLPT N3 Certification Excellent Japanese communication skills verbal and email.

Good people management skills Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge Flexible in working in all shifts as per business requirement Language Requirements: Excellent English and Japanese
