PURPOSE OF ROLE Support the IT MNC TSS Freshers training program in above mentioned location by training/ mentoring/ coaching the freshers (selected for role in IT MNC) and to develop their skills in the Java technologies (Core & Advanced, Hibernate, Spring Core & MVC) KEY QUALIFICATIONS Essential 5-8 Years of experience in Technical Training This role requires the following Skills Java Core & Advanced, Hibernate, Spring Core & MVC Note: Certification in one or more of the above topics is mandatory Desirable The following Qualifications would be an advantage for this role; Angular 2, Struts, SOAP & REST web services, JAX-WS, SQL KEY COMPETENCIES DETAILS Essential This role requires the following Competencies and Experience; English language Content building and delivery skills Communication sharing Passion for Training/ Mentoring/ Coaching Freshers.

Desirable The following Competencies and Experience would be an advantage in this role; Prior experience within a Training service delivery environment Proven ability to influence key decision makers Working knowledge of Java and related concepts
