• Job Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation2 Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high servicelevels for JHD customers3 Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area asper the given target4 Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge toagents5.
  
  Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis6 Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents,Stores, PIN Codes, Products7 JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage8 Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) forHome Delivery9 Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience10.
  
  Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policiesand best practices
• Skills & Competencies : 1 Knowledge of managing , supervising direct sales teams of min 8-10people2 Knowledge of product and market3 Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices4 Team Recruitment Skills5.
