30 PM Main Job Role End-to-End Recruitment Understanding client requirements and organization with regard to their existing business activities Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates per the requirement through available resources Screening the profiles Conducting a telephonic interview Evaluating candidates based on their communication, experience, technical skills, attitude etc.

Shortlist candidates and recommend them to clients Generating and maintaining a database for future requirements Lining up the candidates keeping track of the candidates selected Developing a rapport with the candidates & clients.

Salary negotiation Follow up till the date of joining Closing the positions Taking references from the candidates
