Junior Battery Engineer Job In Revamp Moto Private Limited In Nashik

• Aid in Designing of Battery Architecture keeping Safety, Usability, Robustness as Primary Design Approach
• Familiar with Various CAD software's and should Create CAD Models, Assemblies
• Should Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) for Battery and for Manufacturing Prototype for Research Purpose
• Should be able of Designing a Test Rig for Battery Cycle Life Testing
• Design and source tools and fixtures as needed
• Calculate tolerance, Dimensions (GD&T)
• Perform Thermal Analysis and Simulations as well as Static and Dynamic Analysis
• Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFMEA, DRBFM
• Should know Basics of Working of Electronics and Coding

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 2-3 + Years of Experience in Battery Design or Development Projects
• Experience in using DFMEA to identify and address risk areas early during design phase
• Experience in Thermal fatigue and Battery Testing is a Plus
• Experience in BMS Algorithms is a Plus
• Knowledge of Battery Chemistries
