Designation : Jr Engineer Product Support

Work Exp – Fresher with Excellent communication can apply, must be Non-Technical Graduate / 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecom domain

Shift : US Shifts, 24 by 7.

Weekoff : Any 2 days in a week

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist customer / technicians with telecommunication issues
• Providing technical assistance on call
• Working in a team to achieve defined SLA’s

Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
  
  
• Good knowledge of Telecommunication industry
• Knowledge of Computers & Networking
• Knowledge about Signal flow/Data Transmission
• Basic knowledge of Telecom Technology CDMA/GSM/Ethernet
• Fare understanding of Wireline & Wireless Network Technologies
• Awareness about SWITCH, MUX, DEMUX & ROUTER along with their functionalities
• Must be Good in Analytical Thinking & Reasoning skills
