& Engg / Information Technology from an Institute of national importance / UGC-/AICTE-approved University/Institution with minimum 65% marks or 70 CGPA (out of 10) in ME/M.
Tech or minimum 80% marks or 85 CGPA (out of 10) in BE/B.
Tech b) A GATE/NET qualification certificate is must for candidates having ME/MTech.
or a valid GATE qualification certificate is must for candidates having BE/BTech only.
Fellowship : Rs 25,000/- per month (first two years) and Rs 28,000/- per month (third year) + 10% HRA
