Representing the company in content related events for image building and professional networking
6Maintaining records of internal employee performance and organizing performance appraisals and other practices to ensure overall efficiency
7Refining and mentoring the team through regular status meetings, and overseeing internal processes to ensure maximum efficiency
8Delivering consistent reports to the management team on the progress and performance of the internal team and specific client projects
9Maintaining the expense and revenue tracker for different projects and preparing monthly reports on overall margins made, and P&L incurred
