Role/ Job Title:Lead Campaign Manager Business: HPE Function/ Department: HPE Place of Work: Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: '- Liaise with the Key Account Manager, product teams, clients to understand journey requirements '- Program cross-channel journeys personalized journeys leveraging the organization's marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion as per the instructions received from the campaign manager - Manage customer response/reports with the Key Account Managers in a timely/automated fashion - Lead automation of cross-channel campaigns that leverage external analytics - Create monitoring tools for journeys for relevance set up automated alerts for campaign managers if any journey falls below a relevance threshold - Ensure compliance with the organization's communication rules and policies - Act as a subject matter expert in providing guidance to business units on effective campaign management - Build cross functional relationships and manage senior stakeholders for managing effective campaigns Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities : '- Proven ability to operatate as an effective tactical as well as a strategic thinker - Strong inter-personal strengths, ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of stakeholders and partners including senior management - Operates with strong integrity, high motivation and ability to work independently in a fast changing environment - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Key Success Metrics: 'Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables
