Role / Job Title - Lead Legal - New Age Business - Legal Function/Department - Legal Place of work - BKC - Corporate Office Roles & Responsibilities: 1 It is a Legal Technical Advisory role and thus understanding the systems and regulatory requirements is paramount to enable effective advisory to stakeholders 2 Matters related to Fintech contracts, System implementation in bank, understanding emerging trends across industry and capability to interpret such contracts, agreements, LOI's etc 3.

Understanding of IT Act and its applicability to Banks architecture Domain knowledge of digital space and regulatory environment for banks in such areas 4Ability to guide internal stakeholders on the risks and mitigates risk while entering into partnerships, ventures and safeguarding banks interest at times of documentation, execution, post execution checks and balances Should be able to independently guide the team in negotiation with contracts, agreements in digital arena.

Key / Primary Responsibilities 1'Providing advisory on legislative & regulatory expectation to Shared Services business units, more specifically to IT & ISG vertical 2 Collaberate and collating ad-hoc/ indent requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders especially IT & ISG 3.

Reviewing Policies, SOPs, Manuals etc from legal advisory perspective along with evolving jurisprudence and legislative & regulatory expectations Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: The role will manage two direct reports Key Success Metrics: 'Effective advisory to business stakeholders and delivery timelines
