Overview of the role:Logistics Associate - Partner driver support (UK/US shift)Laundryheap is an on-demand laundry and linen service with a mission to deliver great service within 24-Hours! What do we do Collect your laundry, clean it, pack it and deliver it back to you! To lessen the impact on our planet we also have a fleet of electrical and eco-friendly bikes for our couriers We are currently looking for a Logistics Services - Associate to join our fast-growing team at our office in Bengaluru, India As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we would require the potential candidate to be flexible to work in shift patterns (mostly nights) with usTHE ROLE:Reporting to the Regional Shift Lead, the Logistics Services - Associate will be responsible for supporting the Logistics team based at our London Head OfficeYour role will include the following:

• Live scouts' monitoring and assisting via chat support.
  
  
• Optimizing delivery times and areas; helping scouts collect and deliver as efficiently as possible
• Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Understanding performance metrics to create analysis, allowing to drive business results
• Providing real-time customer experience

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  
  
• Basic Excel and Google sheets skills
• Working experience in transport/logistics management is preferred
• Proven work experience in BPO or shift-based roles
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind.
  
  
• Should be comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
• Former experience in a tech start-up (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience working in a high-stress environment

Work Schedule and Patterns:

• 9-hour shift (8 working hours)
• 5 days a week (randomly week offs)
• Shift timings : (7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST, 8:30 pm to 5:30 am IST, 10:30 pm to 7:30 am IST)
• Office-based role

• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Based on the relevant work experience the annual salary will vary.
