Experience Required:
We are looking for the candidates with following skill sets or qualities :

• Ability to understand/ diagnose the customers technical problem and action accordingly
• Should have excellent communication & convincing skills
• Shifts Morning/Night
• 6 days Working/one rotational Off
• Experience in Inbound/ Outbound Technical Sales for more than 1yr and must to know how to close their calls.


• Age should be between 18-33 Years
• Able to crack sales on / Printers/Antivirus/Windows/ Mac mixed calls etc
• Education Required : 12th Pass / Graduate/ Undergraduate/ Any Bachelors degree
