The Incumbent Is a Critical Member Of The _VOIS Vodafone Organization And Will Be Accountable For Ensuring, Creating And Driving The Following Key Agenda Within The _VOIS Organisation

• End to end implementation of assigned Business as Usual (BAU)
• Management of entire lifecycle of assigned projects
• Contributing in greater value generation for the organization
• Driving the organizational and unit level strategy and vision

Key Accountability

• Responsible for end-to-end management of all processes which form part of the Business as Usual responsibilities in the assigned function
• Understanding the dynamic business environment and stakeholders of the organization
• Responsible for the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation, of allocated projects
• Effective stakeholder management of the BAU processes and the allocated projects
• Identifying scope for greater value generation and contributing towards driving the organizational and unit level strategy
• Identifying areas of self-development to bridge the gap through learning by various means
