Responsibilities: 1Heading Multiple Branches through remote Management Responsible for Team Performance towards achieving Branch, Course and team Target 2Managing Team with their inbound enquiries, counseling, sales follow-up, registration process, after sales process such as training/exam/result Handling candidate grievances and queries.

3Working on team conversion ratio, add-on course registrations and consistency level 4Branch visit travel 5Monitoring and Motivating subordinate on their performance.

Conducting Frequent Performance review for subordinates 6Periodical Job based training to subordinates on Sales and Process Knowledge 7Responsible for Team's payment collectables and candidate's continuity with training programs 8.

Monitoring Team through CRM 9Process amalgamation through proper coordination with Reporting Managers, Subordinates, Support functional departments such as Finance, Training & Development, Admin and HR Team 10Brand building and maintaining quality with process and candidate satisfaction 11.

Timely reports
