Job Description:Designation :Manager SAP SupportExperience 10-15 years (if Manager)Job Location Thane, Central line up to Kalyan and GhatkoparQualification -Any Graduate with experience on SAP Modules (MM & SD) Requirements:Primarily responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the end users Hand on experience on modules like PP, QM, MM & SD and support of the same at the backend Liaise with SAP AMC providers to ensure support and timely close of tickets raised When an issue comes diagnose, analyse and solve the issue Responsible for any enhancements Writing functional specs and interacting with Abapers to develop any user report or enhancement requirements Handhold end users at initial levels, Training the end users and preparing end user training material Drafting end user training manuals Managing Various SAP Masters (Customer, Vendor, Item) Creating, amending
