Join us and we'll lead the way together About this Role: As Cohesity's Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will have an innovative, entrepreneurial approach as well as the talent to rapidly grow with the business You will be a collaborative, dynamic leader who will establish and drive best-in-class recruiting strategies across our company This position is based in Bangalore Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the team in India and collaborate Globally with the Head of R&D recruiting that will drive our hiring efforts
• Optimize the hiring process to ensure the best chance of success, emphasizing quality and speed
• Develop and drive a branding strategy for Cohesity to become an employer of choice.
  
  
• Develop and establish key performance metrics for the TA function, track and report it for the goal of creating a world-class high-performing TA organization
• Monitor, report on market trends and develop strategies in response to changing conditions
• Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to TA
• Optimize the systems and tools to support hiring goals

Skills:

• Proven track record of leading teams that successfully hire hard-to-fill R&D roles
• Strong process management and analytical skills - drives the business based on data
• Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships an ability to identify and galvanize this complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of staffing experience in an in-house corporate talent team
• 3+ years of Leading/managing teams of high-performing individuals
• 3+ years' experience in global high-technology recruiting
• 2+ years working across global teams
