Job Description

• -8 Years of experience in SoftwareTesting & Quality Assurance
• Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes
• Solid understandingManual testingprocess In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices.
  
  
• Experience of defining Test Data Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches
• Strong Functional understanding ofInvestment Banking, Capital Markets
• Strong knowledge on Database testingwith experience in SQL and complex queries to support the testing
• Hands-on experience ofHP ALM, JIRA
• Basic Knowledge on test automation preferred
• Excellent written, oral communication skills.
  
  Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Should be good team player with the right attitude Adapt to the changes quickly
• Develop test scenarios, test cases and prepare suitable test data
• Mentor peers and ability to resolve issues to best efforts
