Job Summary: Dealing and finalizing real estate properties Job Description: Dealing and finalizing of all the legal documents for the real estate properties Reviewing the drafting and finalizing of legal documents Liaising and coordinating with Solicitors, Advocates, Counsel, briefing them in the matters for ongoing cases Liaising and coordinating with various agencies and government departments like BMC, MHADA, SRA, Collector Offices, also coordinating with the Landlords/ tenants Business development: Identifying and evaluating new projects and opportunities Preparing agenda for meeting and minutes of the meeting Keeping a track of all legal matters and about the progress and results of court cases Filing all the necessary documents Helping panel advocates/ attorneys in preparing legal documentsEducation, Experience, Skills & Abilities: Must have a Masters degree in management (any specialization) Must have ability to manage associates and resources within a legal department environment Should have experience of at least 5 years experience Candidates having experience in Real Estate Companies will be preferred.
