• Lead MEP discipline, at the senior level, global delivery for Cities Places & Architecture project delivery middle east region
• Work in close coordination with ME MEP Lead to delivery multiple projects
• Assure the quality of technical outputs within the discipline and their assignment to individual tenders and projects.
  
  Manage complex design delivery & timelines
• Provide technical leadership in Sales Collaborate with Sales and actively participate in Client engagement and business development opportunities in pursuit of future work for the business
• Identify, manage and mitigate the technical risk exposure to the business Ensure that adequate controls are identified and applied to technical risks in both Sales and Project Delivery.
  
  
• Be present in all coordination meetings, review meetings & ME client's meetings
• Discipline specific structure - MEP

Reports to:Operations Lead in the home jurisdiction (India) Secondary responsibility to Technical Director MEP within the home region (Inida) Roles reporting to this one: Project level leadership for all projects with ME CPA team #asiais Here's What You'll Need:

• Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field of study Membership of a recognised professional institution/organisation preferably at a Fellowship level
• Significant consulting experience required including business systems, policies and procedures.
  
  
• Strong communication skills to articulate a clear technical direction with good social, networking and presentation skills
• Significant discipline/ industry presence, recognised and valued by Jacobs clients at the national or international level
• Recognised internally as an authority able to work with our teams to solve technical problems and achieve a high level of assurance on project deliverables
• Enhanced technical reputation with Clients regionally and globally through innovative solutions and performance excellence
• Availability and configuration of technical talent to deliver current and future business needs, including global integrated delivery.
