Position : Dynamics NAV Business Central Support ConsultantLocation: Remote work(Malaysia time zone)Notice period : 15 daysJOB DESCRIPTION: You will work in a team of Dynamics NAV/365 specialists to help ensure project success and post-live support On offer is the chance to gain some strong industry experience and further develop your skills in the NAV/BC area Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responding to and resolving NAV/BC support queries via telephone, email and remote access, working towards a resolution Call management and prioritisation ensuring service level agreements are met Problem analysis and data investigation Attendance at handover meetings with the projects teams to assist with a smooth transition to support Self-development, keeping up to date with latest software In addition to providing support, you will be expected to carry out onsite visits to complete projects and support existing customers when necessary Carry out chargeable consultancy work, project management and documentation of the NAV/BC product installation timescales, milestones and procedures Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Proven track record of experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC is essential Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central Support experience Strong communications skills at all levels Experience working with Finance and Accounting is desirable
