Job Description : MSI Application Packaging for Windows 10 INTLocation - Bangalore Who are we looking forAn Intermediate level engineer with 3 5 years of experience for MSI Application Packaging for Windows 10 Roles and Responsibilities: Perform the full lifecycle of software packaging from discovery and requirements gathering, analysis, packaging and customization Create MSI packages using Admin Studio (silent installations) Knowledge of conflict resolution Knowledge of scripting using VBS (PowerShell useful) Adhering to Microsoft Best practices Work in a disciplined and structured manner in accordance with ITIL based service management processes Handle customer problems promptly; escalate issues according to established procedures Document trouble-shooting procedures Coordinating Software Distribution and patch deployment team Knowledge on InTune would add an advantage.

Technical Skills: Packaging Skills: Installshield 12 and above, Tools: Orca, VM Ware Operation Systems: Win 10/2008R2 Virtualization and Streaming tool: MSIX, Citrix Server Scripting Tool: In Depth working Experience on WMI scripting, MS-DOS Scripting and PowerShell.

Education and Experience: 3 - 5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study Certification: NA
