1) A TL has to monitor complete floor for proper operations
2) He/she has to take escalation calls as and when required on the floor whether it is from Technical , sales or other team
3) A TL shall be responsible for proper grooming of all the agents and to resolve all there issues in consultation with the managementHe/she will be responsible for complete discipline of floor
4) Should have the nature of go getter and will be responsible for complete floor performance.

He /she is expected to suggest better ideas from there own experience on improving the performance in consultation with the management
5) The TL will also be responsible for increasing the sales and achieve the sales target of the company by participating in sales actively as per the target given by the management
6) Proper reporting of each agent on daily basis has to be maintained by the TL and should be produced whenever demanded by the management and should be updated on daily basis to the manager
7) The TL plays a vital part within the management system hence he /she has to take initiative to guide particular agent whose performance is down in whatever way it is understandable
8) TL shall have the responsibility to take appropriate action against one who is creating mischief on flor and report the same to management.

Education-
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
PG: MBA
Experience required: Minimum 1 to 3 year.
