Job Details
1) Resolving Network issues as soon as the token for fault is raised maximum resolution
time shall be same day (Until a hardware issue comes in which has to be replaced)
2) Taking Open calls in case if there are less query on some day
3) Lead generation for respective RM and sending email or SMS after generation of lead
Updating the CRM instantly
4) Receiving IVR calls on landline and updating the same immediately on CRM.
5) Resolving back office queries and guiding them during day shift as and when required
6) Resolving customers technical queries if it is related to project
7) Daily Report Submission To The Team Leader

Education-
UG: Any Graduate, Any Specialization, Diploma in computer application
PG: Any Post Graduate, Post Graduation Not Required
-Independent to handle software Implementation and support.
-Good communication skills
Experience required: Minimum 6 months
