Role and Responsibilities SBC IT administration (meeting with ISO requirements, other documentation & policies etc) Rendering Level 3 support to in-house as well as external users Site surveys for Wi-Fi and iPatch implementation projects.
Sourcing and servicing inward and outward quotations Configuration and setup of switches/routers/firewalls Experience with LAN/WAN/VLAN/STP/RSTP/Wi-Fi Troubleshooting and Installation of Hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc) Troubleshooting wide area networks, servers and routers, local area networks, and switches Upgradation and installation of OS and all application softwares.
Routing protocols, DHCP, DHCP snooping, IP addressing Authorities IT administration at SBCPL Level 3 support to internal as well external customer Site surveys for Wi-Fi and iPatch implementation projects
