• Exposure of Handling Non IT recruitment
• Conducting preliminary screening & Short listing for the position (initial rounds)
• Handle all internal and external corporate communications and public relations activities

• Trained employees on the Project Management system and in preparing reports and proposals and looked after induction of new employees
• Looked after general administration and maintenance of stationery supplies

• Report candidate document & offer letter to on-boarding department & payroll department
• Coordinate With Project managers and regional manager for project hiring & joining formalities
• Maintain Master record of the project hiring and also number of closing and open position of the month
