Job Responsibilities
- Catalog and communicate patient needs to the medical staff
- Observe patients and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff or doctor on call
- Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions and the PCT's certifications
- Conduct regular patient rounds and meet with patient's family members when required
- Collect test specimens and perform laboratory analysis based on PCT's experience and certifications
- Diploma required
- CNA certification required, it is preferred if candidate is working towards LPN
- 3+ years' laboratory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong patient relations skills required
