21926BRRequisition Number:21926BR Description:Key Accountabilities: Manage day to day operations of the RNet Pune Office Lead our administrative services team in achieving KPIs associated wtih: facilities/infrastructure management, visitor/guest management, transportation services, procurement/vendor management, inventory/asset management, audit/compliance requirements .

Hire, train and/or develop a high performing team Provide mentoring/coaching, develop leadership skills, provide inputs to and manage career development and annual performance management goals Accountable for administrative budget management and approvals .

Support our strategic growth priorities including recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives Actively participate in and work to grow our culture of inclusion and diversity Connect regularly with counterparts outside of India for sharing of best practices towards continuous improvement and consistency in operational practices.

Work closely with the India leadership team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices Develop, streamline, and automate systems/processes to enhance operational effectiveness and work towards continuous improvement Title:Office Operations Manager Qualifications:.

Relevant 10+ years of experience working in MNC environment in operations lead/project management role Experience working in a similar role outside of India considered an asset Excellent and concise spoken and written English communication skills A strong communicator with the ability to act with clarity and consistency.

Excellent organization, planning and project management skills with a high attention to detail Experience with development of data management systems/analysis tools considered an asset Demonstrated experience coaching/mentoring and building high performing teams.

Results-oriented and ability to achieve high quality results consistent with the organization's standards Anticipates change in order to adapt plans and priorities Delivers excellence .

Experience working in an organization with ISO9001, 14001, and 27001 compliance requirements Embraces and promotes an open and inclusive culture in service delivery Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders .

Ability to hold a flexible work schedule, with the majority of time spent in office Ability to balance multiple tasks in a calm and focused manner as well as work under pressure to tight deadlines when needed Ability to partner across diverse groups and all levels of the business to achieve results.
