Experience in setting up Exchange Hybrid Mode for migrating on-prem Exchange workloads to Office 3659 Experience in setting up SharePoint migration environment10 Critical thinking, planning, implementation knowledge of Office 365 migration workloads11 Knowledge in assessing client on-prem environment such as network, servers OS and hardware, firewall ports and load balancers for O365 migration feasibility12 Understanding and working knowledge of Azure AD Connect and Hybrid AD setup13.
Experience in implementing MFA, SSO and Certificate based authentication using ADFS and domain federation with O36514 Working experience in setting up Teams Meeting policies, Messaging policies, Call Quality Dashboard, Teams Federation, etc15 Troubleshooting skills both using Admin Centres (GUI) and PowerShell for Office 365 services16 Ability to form a process flow for Office 365 migration and operational tasks17 Prepare and present documents for BAU operation and setup KT session with IT ops team18.
Must have the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 DNS records or client network using commonly available tools such as WireShark, Fiddler, Remote Connectivity Analyser, MXToolbox, etc19 Experience in framing O365 related security settings such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Anti-Malware, Anti-Spam and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies20 Working knowledge in framing and recommending security related DNS records such as DMARC, DKIM and SPF21 Additional knowledge related to messaging gateways such as Symantec Message Labs / Symantec Messaging Gateway / Cisco IronPort are advantage22.
Ability to assess O365 Cost Analysis, Usage statistics and other reporting features offered by Microsoft23 Working experience in troubleshooting client side issues related to Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams / Skype for Business, Power BI and OneDrive / SharePoint Online
