• To educate every walk-in customer on CLS-PRODUCTS
• To make every customer aware of complete product details of PRODUCTS, our USPs, competition benchmarking & value to the customers
• To understand the needs of the customers and guide them about the Company's range of CBS
• To educate customers about our dealer's network & sales
• To support customers in Showroom the nearest dealer for their convenience
• To provide customer leads to the sales team.
  
  
• Ensure that the customers are properly followed by the sales team from the first meeting till maturity or conversion to sales
• To ensure targeted conversion of customers into sales
• To educate customers on new products launched by the company
• To ensure the contribution of new products into sales as per defined targets
• To display Company products at SHOWROOM as per VM guidelines and in defined time limits.
  
  
• To ensure cleanliness & upkeep of the highest standard at SHOWROOM
• To share customer feedback on product display with VM
• To manage product inventory at SHOWROOM
• To ensure that customer satisfaction is more than ---- %
• To ensure PRODUCTS revenue generation for different verticals as per defined targets.
