Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities To educate every walk-in customer on CLS-PRODUCTS To make every customer aware of complete product details of PRODUCTS, our USPs, competition benchmarking & value to the customers To understand the needs of the customers and guide them about the Company's range of CBS To educate customers about our dealer's network & sales To support customers in Showroom the nearest dealer for their convenience To provide customer leads to the sales team.

Ensure that the customers are properly followed by the sales team from the first meeting till maturity or conversion to sales To ensure targeted conversion of customers into sales To educate customers on new products launched by the company To ensure the contribution of new products into sales as per defined targets To display Company products at SHOWROOM as per VM guidelines and in defined time limits.

To ensure cleanliness & upkeep of the highest standard at SHOWROOM To share customer feedback on product display with VM To manage product inventory at SHOWROOM To ensure that customers' satisfaction is more than ---- % To ensure PRODUCTS revenue generation for different verticals as per defined targets.
