POTS Standard analogue voice over copper Requires knowledge of AGCF / MGCF component and desirable MEGACO (H248) protocols SIP Registration and Call flows Experience of CLI and terminal sessions Pragmatic, logical approach to problem solving Technical Certifications for the relevant Voice fields (Huwaei/Genband/Nokia Voice switch O&M) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to work in a pressured real-time environment You must have a strong eye for detail Self-motivated and a team playerGood to have: Knowledgeable in voice protocols, including C7, SIP, TCP/IP, QoS and Diameter.
Knowledge of Nokia IMS platform and associated applications Knowledge of Huawei & Nokia Voice element manager systems Experience of Performance management tools such as Sev One or Infovista Previous role in an operational team within a Telecoms/ISP environment
