Job Description : Coordinating with the least fiber vendor NDL team to resolve the fiber-related issue Coordinating and visiting to all SAP partners (PNLP/ GSTECH/ AHM/ STAR) for complaints installation within the SLA Switch installation at the partner end for new BB connectivities Monitoring all Core and partners links on Zabbix and timely informing the concern team to resolve the issue Ticket closed after customer confirmation within SLA.
