Job brief: - We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Executive to oversee the production and carry out administrative duties for senior management In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the production, facility, and other tasks You will update the senior management on a daily-basis about the status of production You may also be required to assist with other duties when required Responsibilities:-Reporting to senior management and performing operational, and administrative duties.

-Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management -Prepare statements and submitting for reimbursement for Managers & Directors -Making a schedule of daily activities at the production site -Keep track of all the targets of production -Being available for any work-related activities that are ordered for Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:University degree in commerce, or science/Diploma Accurate time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload The ability to work under pressureWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
