Responsibilities 10- 15 years of experience in a BPO environment Any Bachelor's degree Proven track record with Customer / Client facing experience is a must Very good knowledge tableau, google bigquery and microstrategy.
Good understanding / experience of Retail Reporting and its impact on downstream processes Min 5 years of professional experience in Reporting, Creating new report, Excel automation.
Master Data Governance knowledge & experience Transition & Transformation experience preferred Experience in creating knowledge base.
Experience in handling noiseless operationsTechnical and Professional Requirements: Proficient MS Excel Excellent presentation, effective communication and maintaining professional relations with the Client and internal Infosys stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Sound analytical & interpersonal skills.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills Good negotiation and analytical skills Understand client needs and provide solutionsPreferred Skills: Technology- SAP Tableau- SAP BI
